SO WHAT CAN A PERSONAL TRAVEL PLANNER DO FOR YOU?
Travel Agents deal with many hundreds of customers each. They have a limited amount of time, and indeed, guidelines, on what they are prepared to do for you when organizing your travel needs.
I am not an agent, and spend a great deal more time researching best options, finding best fares, and providing you with a wealth of information you will never get from an agent.
Added to that, I take far more care of small things for you, like checking you in online and providing boarding passes where possible, ensuring extras are delivered to you, booking rail, theatre, sightseeing and transfer services - apart from VISAS and FOREIGN CURRENCY, there are few things I cannot do to make your trip run seamlessly.

If you believe Travel Agents do not charge you for their work - YOU ARE WRONG - the standard charge is about 6% of the cost of whatever the costs of your travel are. You probably don't see that, but trust me, it is hidden in the costs.
I also have a service charge, but it is much less than they would charge, and you get far more value for money. One thing that differs is that if you use me to research a trip, and do not book with me, you will be charged a fee for time and service. If the booking is done with me that is included in the costs.
Just leave all the organization to me. You will have no surprises when you are in unfamiliar surroundings, and need it least.
